St. Laurence’s Community Complex is situated within the GAA
grounds at Old Grange. The Complex contains a full size sports hall,
Sauna, Steam Room, fully equipped gym, meeting rooms, bar and lounge.

The sports hall is available for indoor soccer,
basketball, badminton, and aerobics bookings, contact the complex on 059 8636769.

The Gym, Steam Room and Sauna are supervised by fully
trained and accredited fitness instructors. Bookings are not required.
Access to the Gym, Steam Room and Sauna is 7 euro per session or 300 euro per year.
